Dear CCD Home Builders

CCD  is a great vision  shared by house builders and the firm, a successful  endeavor     and an ever value adding investment.

Although there is a lot of success story, CCD faced several problems in the past 5 years ever since we started operations. However, we have come so far and there are a lot of achievements. The problem we found as a project was daunting, continuous and is ever increasing.

Therefore, in the interest of the project, to save the investment and to complete the project as originally envisaged, CCD found it absolutely necessary to make price adjustment in Birr ( Although for a dollar earner it is still much less than the originally agreed selling price in USD ). It is in the interest of all to complete all house, Phase 1-9 with the accompanying infrastructure and minimum services (tennis, basketball, swimming pool etc) within 2011G.C.The meeting deliberated in detail on the issue for 3 hours.

The discussion went extremely well, with great sprit of partnership and understanding. Summary of the minutes of the meeting and recording of the video are uploaded on the web site for your update of the meeting.
